Free Ground Shipping for all United States

  • Our ground shipping services are free for all United States and it takes no more than 3 to 7 business days. All our ground orders are shipped through FedEx, UPS, USPS depending on the location of our customers. It must be noted that ground shipping services are not free for AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO, and overnight shipping is also not offered in such regions.

Overnight and Saturday Deliveries

  • Overnight and Saturday shipment services are available for all the orders placed before 1 pm EST on Friday. In these exclusive services, FedEx Standard Overnight and FedEx Saturday Delivery shipping method is primarily used by us.

Free Shipping

  • Free of cost shipping services are only possible for orders that weigh less than 8lbs and the total order cost is greater than or equals to $50. The shipment can take from 3 to 7 business days or more depending upon the location and the region of the delivery.

Shipping Delays

  • Please note that shipping delays can be expected on the following occasions and in any unforeseen situations:
  • No shipments are dispatched and orders are processed on public holidays and Sundays.
  • No commitments can be made for the exact delivery times for all international locations, and specifically in AK, PR, HI, and more.
  • Please note that our guaranteed shipping services cover only guaranteed transit time, which is exclusive of the processing time in any way. This can cause a delay in shipment but it’s a rare case when it comes to our operations department.
  • We hereby bring this to your attention that Sibbex and our partnered shipping services will not remain liable for any unexpected weather situation, unsafe conditions, or world situations in general. All the guarantees and the committed delivery times by our carriers don’t come under our company’s commitments.
  • If the carrier companies cause the delay, not a single shipping credit will be issued.

  • In the light of Coronavirus uncertainties, shipping delays may occur due to network constraints in the specific regions. In such situations, we keep our customers updated. Sibbex strives to providing timely and reliable services in the present testing times.

  • Once your order is shipped, we cannot change the address information on it.
  • We cannot issue you a refund unless products are returned to us in the original condition.
