RMA & Exchange Policy

Sibbex ensures a smooth shopping experience for all the clients from the point they place an order, to receiving and installing it. However, it should be taken note of that despite our professionalism and vigilance, situations can occur in which you’ll want to return your product. In such a case, you’re supposed to raise an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request by agreeing to all the terms and conditions mentioned here.

To exchange your order or obtain a refund, it is your responsibility to act quickly following all the mentioned guidelines to avoid losing the option for an exchange or refund.


Obtain your RMA


  • Click here to request your RMA Number. It should be noted that RMA numbers are valid for only 10 days from the date of its issuance.

RMA Procedure


  • Please note that you can request RMA by agreeing to all guidelines for exchange and refund defined in the next section.
  • All items should be returned in the original condition. Accessories, manuals and other stuff should be secured in the original packaging when returned.
  • After receiving your RMA number, please repackage your order in the same way as it was received.
  • Avoid writing anything on the original box.
  • Make sure your package has the RMA number clearly written on the outer box, otherwise it won’t be accepted.
  • Please ensure our address is clearly mentioned on the outer box with all the details.
  • We test the product on return for serial number and working condition before refund or exchange is issued.

Guidelines for Exchange & Refunds

Following are the conditions in which refund and exchange issues may arise:

You Were Shipped an Incorrect Item

  1. In case you received an incorrect item, it’s your responsibility to inform us within 5 days of receiving the order and get your RMA approved for exchange or refund.
  2. It will take us 30 days to replace and ship the merchandise that you purchased from us.
  3. It is the customers’ responsibility to ship the product back to us, in addition, they must choose a shipper that allows tracking facilities like FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
  4. In case of a refund claim made by you, it should be noted that around 20 to 25% of the original merchandise value or the minimum $25 restocking fee will be applied (Please note that the shipping cost is non-refundable in all cases)
  5. If the carrier companies cause the delay, not a single shipping credit will be issued.

You Received a Damaged/Faulty Product

  1. In case you received a damaged product, please inform us within 5 days of receiving your order. Our customer support team will ask you to submit important details and approve your RMA. (so that your RMA process can be initiated for an exchange or refund)
  2. It rarely happens but if a situation occurs where you end up receiving DOA (defect on arrival) item, we’ll approve your RMA at the earliest and replace your defective product with a good one within a time period of 30 days.
  3. It is the customers’ responsibility to ship the product back to us, in addition, they must choose a shipper that allows tracking facilities like FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
  4. If a particular product is found to be working by our specialists, 50% of your total RMA fee will be applied to the refund of the products. The shipping cost is non-refundable here.
  5. It is brought to all our customers’ attention that special order items may not qualify for a refund or exchange in any case.

You Ordered The Wrong Item

  1. By fault, if you ordered the wrong item and want an exchange, please inform us within 5 days of receiving your order, so that a process can be initiated.
  2. For a successful exchange, our team will replace your merchandise within 30 days only.
  3. It is the customers’ responsibility to ship the product back to us, in addition, they must choose a shipper that allows tracking facilities like FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
  4. If the fault lies at your end and you want your order to be exchanged, please note that 20 to 25% of the total merchandise value or the minimum $25 restocking fees will be applied to the exchange of the products. Moreover, the total cost to reship the delivered item will be charged to the customer as well.
  5. If you want a refund in such a situation, 50% of the total RMA Fee will be applied to the refund of the product.
  6. It is brought to all our customers’ attention that special order items may not qualify for a refund or exchange in such a case.
